What if you achieved real breakthroughs with your most challenging clients?

The 4th Wave of Behavioral Therapy finally unites what belongs together: VT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and body-oriented trauma work – into an integrated overall concept that works where classical approaches reach their limits.

Do You Know This?

  • You apply VT, ACT, or Schema Therapy – but with some clients you simply can't make progress
  • Physical blockages prevent any cognitive access
  • You've learned various techniques, but no consistent concept that connects them
  • The challenging situations drain your energy and confidence

It's not your fault. It's because isolated techniques aren't enough for complex challenges.

VT 4th Wave – The Missing Link

The scientific precision of Behavioral Therapy
The deep impact of body-oriented trauma work
The flexibility of ACT
The pattern recognition of Schema Therapy

Into a consistent guide: You always know what to do next.

Dr. Daniel Zeiß

I'm Daniel Zeiss – and I've experienced firsthand how frustrating it is when proven methods fail with complex situations. After years of experimenting and combining, VT 4th Wave was born: An approach that doesn't replace but complements – and finally provides the tools for exactly those clients where you've hit limits before.

What Colleagues Say

"

The VT 4th Wave technique finally gives me a concrete tool for trauma – something that neither behavioral therapy nor schema therapy offers. The techniques have shown me how associatively our system works and that certain connections can occur without any logic. In self-experience, I could feel the helpful effects myself and have already approached a patient differently through the projection technique. Your enthusiasm for this technique is contagious and keeps making me curious! The mix of explanations and practical exercises was just right. I would recommend the course with a 10.

"

VT 4th Wave offers me techniques for emotion regulation and trauma processing without involving cognition – that's a real asset for my practice. The course showed me how to recognize and work with patterns and couplings in my patients – these 'Whenever..., then I feel...'-connections. I'm already using many techniques in practice. The podcasts and written texts are great – very helpful for my understanding and psychoeducation for patients! I would recommend the course with 9 out of 10.
