Peak States Coaching is a combination of practical, state-of-the-art techniques that help to resolve trauma and return you to your innate state of being calm, peaceful, and emotionally light. These techniques can also be used to guide you to a number of permanent Peak States of Consciousness.
With more than 30 years of scientific research, the Institute for the Study of Peak States has created a sophisticated model of the interface between our biology and consciousness.
The Peak States Coaching is part of this dynamic and continually expanding model and methodology, which continues to develop due to the ongoing efforts of the ISPS research team. The therapies incorporate other established modalities including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or ‘tapping’), visualisation, and others, creating a fast and practical method for resolving trauma which is commonly the root cause of many physical, mental and emotional problems.
The Silent Mind Process has three benefits:
- It helps to reduce the chatter in the mind that we often consider to be normal and move people to a quieter, more peaceful mental state (there may still be some Self-Talk);
- It removes the Tribal Block that may limit your ability to make changes in your life and finally;
- It removes the Cords (entanglements) between people that cause difficulties in our interactions (co-dependency, dysfunctional relationships, transference, attachment issues etc).
So much of our suffering is due to unhappiness about things that happened in the past, maybe 5 years, 10 years or 50 years ago.
The Inner Peace Process helps to heal our feelings about the past and bring our awareness more into the present. While you can still remember your old traumas, they no longer have such a negative impact and your normal emotional state becomes much calmer than before.
A state of calm equanimity becomes your normal, and while you may be appropriately upset due to difficult life events, these events are likely to cause upset for a much shorter time.
In Brain Light State is a requirement for all certified Peak State therapists and is very helpful for all people working with other people. In the brain light state you feel less aggressive. The Brain Light process helps all of your Triune Brain awarenesses to be in the light, positive space. People who previously got upset, impulsive or aggressive benefit having a brain light Peak State. After doing the Brain Light Process you will notice that it will be very difficult to be aggressive in a situation where you were aggressive before.

Trauma Healing combines an analysis of your personal issues and learning several cutting-edge healing techniques that allow us to work together very quickly and deeply. You can also use these techniques on your own between sessions. With this standard protocol you can resolve many of your issues on your own, including many that have been resistant to treatment.
